Can Eclipse Arrowhead be deployed using 5G? Yes indeed!
In this example, we have a low-power IoT device that monitors a foam dispenser. The data is bridged into an Arrowhead local cloud, and transmitted over 5G to a remote Arrowhead system using a VPN.
By using the low latency and high bandwidth of 5G, we can have both local and remote Arrowhead systems exchange information in real time.
With the allocated bandwidth over the 5G network at CDT, we can support more than 30 gateways sending data simoustanly, where each gateway is operating at 25 Mbit/s data rate!
